Partnach Gorge

One of the most memorable things you can do in the area of Garmish-Partenkirchen (Reintal valley in southern Germany) is take a hike through the narrow Partnach Gorge. The canyon is over 80 meters deep, with a raging river at the bottom and waterfalls cascading down the sides. Bring a rain jacket!
